• How old do I have to be to rent a vehicle?
  Minimum age requirements are 21 years. An additional fee will be charged for drivers under 23 years.
• Do I have to pay for mileage?
  No, when you rent a vehicle you get unlimited mileages.
• Is gas included in the rental?
  You have to bring back the vehicle with the same amount of gas as when you received the vehicle.
• Do I get a roadmap?
  Yes, you do get a free completely detailed roadmap.
• Is Insurance included in the rental rate?
  The only insurance included in the rental rate is the Third Party Insurance, which means that if you are in a traffic accident and it's your fault the other party will be covered and you will be responsible for the rented vehicle. When you are not fault in a traffic accident then the Third Party Insurance of the other vehicle will be covering your vehicle, if the other party is insured of course.
• What kind of Insurance do you provide?
  We provide optional insurances as CDW (Collision Damage Waiver). CDW will cover you in a collision with another vehicle (if you are fault in the traffic accident) with a deductible of $500, $750, $1000 per incident depending of the car category. However if the other party is not insured you will be responsible for the rental vehicle.
• Does my credit card cover the insurance?
  Before you come to Aruba you have to check with your credit card company if they cover on Aruba.
